This page contains Luna Cay Inc.'s terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions and policies carefully before ordering any Luna Cay product. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the information below.

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are confirmed at checkout. 

SHIPPING POLICY: Luna Cay currently offers free shipping in Canada and The United States on orders over $100.

SHIPPING METHODS: We ship all orders through our fulfillment centre which chooses the best carrier for each order. You will receive a tracking number that will become active once the item is shipped.

ESTIMATED FULFILLMENT TIME: We process orders as quickly as possible, within 2-3 business days. Should there be any delay, you will be notified via email.

ORDER EDITING/CANCELLATION: Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. In some cases, our fulfillment is done within 1 hour of ordering, so it's possible even within that window of time that we're not able to make any changes.

RETURN POLICY: In the rare case that you don't love our sleepers, you may return anything that is unwashed/unused that you purchased from www.lunacay.com. You must notify us within 10 days of purchase by email. Once the return is processed, we must receive the return within 14 days. Any returns received after this date will no longer be eligible for a refund, however a store credit will be issued.

RETURN: For a full refund, we ask that items be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, including tags, and received within 14 days of return confirmation. Returns can be refunded to the original method of payment or for store credit. There is a flat rate of $7.50 shipping/restocking fee deducted from the amount returned to you. This fee is waived if you wish to receive store credit.

We process returns within 7 days of receiving the package. Please keep tracking info of your returned package.

EXCHANGE: Need to exchange for a different size? Email us at hello@lunacay.com to process an exchange.

DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE: If your item arrived damaged or became defective due to a manufacturer’s defect within 3 months from the date of purchase, we will happily help you replace the item. You must email a picture of the defect and your order receipt to hello@lunacay.com

FABRIC DISCLAIMER AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: Our fabrics are 90% Rayon of Bamboo and 10% spandex. We guarantee all products to be free of manufacturer defects for 3 months from the purchase date. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and does not include normal wear and tear, dye fading, fabric thinning, pilling, or damage to the material from outside forces. Please contact hello@lunacay.com if you believe you have received a defective product.

When washing any of our garments you'll want to use a detergent that doesn’t contain any fragrances, dyes, or other extras that can irritate your baby’s sensitive skin. You also want to avoid anything that has optical brighteners. A gentle cleaner is all that is needed, and please do not use bleach. A harsher detergent can leave residues that can cause irritation or strip the fabric’s softness. 

Please follow the wash instructions on your hangtag and garment label.

Luna Cay is not responsible for damages that may occur during your wash routine and/or stain treatment. The use of chemical treatments, stain pens, tough scrubbing, etc. may weaken/discolour/damage the fabric and is not considered a manufacturer defect covered under our replacement warranty.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Luna Cay reserves the right to amend any information, including, but not limited to, prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product offerings without prior notice.
